Refund policy

Our pies are perishable, so we cannot accept returns.

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. To cancel, email hello@thecoppercrimp.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incorrect, or not as it should be, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Send a photo of the pies and the packaging to hello@thecoppercrimp.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it in your account.

Sale items are refunded on the same basis as full-price items where they arrive damaged or incorrect.
