Terms

thecoppercrimp.com is operated by The Copper Crimp, a registered food business with the London Borough of Haringey. Contact: hello@thecoppercrimp.com.

These terms apply to all orders placed through thecoppercrimp.com, operated by The Copper Crimp ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if stock runs out or we cannot deliver to your address, in which case you get a full refund.

Prices and payment. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. Delivery is charged at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery.

Delivery. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Orders placed by Tuesday midnight are dispatched Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Orders placed after cutoff are dispatched the following Wednesday. Pies are dispatched frozen in insulated packaging with gel packs. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery; we are not responsible for spoilage where a delivery is left unattended at your instruction or you are unavailable to receive it.

Perishable goods and cancellation. Our pies are perishable. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Damaged or defective deliveries. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise not as it should be, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.

Allergens. Allergen information is listed on every product page. It is your responsibility to check it before ordering. We prepare all products in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, egg, mustard, celery and other allergens.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
